What the extension does

YT CRT applies real-time CRT-style visual effects to YouTube videos locally within the user's browser.

Local storage

The extension uses Chrome's local storage to save CRT settings and selected presets so that user preferences can persist between sessions.

Website access

The extension accesses YouTube pages and video elements only as required to apply its CRT visual effects.

Remote code

YT CRT does not download or execute remote JavaScript, WebAssembly, or other executable code. All extension code is included within the extension package.

Data sharing

YT CRT does not sell, transfer, or share user data with third parties.
